When asking for something while making Du'a, be confident and don’t be shy to tell Allāh what you want. Who else other than Allāh, Himself is capable of giving you what you want? Always believe that your prayers will be answered, it may take days, weeks, months or even years before your du'a is gonna be answered. Allāh knows the perfect timing of when your du'a is gonna be answered. The secret? Never ever stop asking, never give up. If you feel like Allāh is not answering your du'as, don’t stop asking it.
